"intro" to Pilates Matwork:
If you are new to Pilates and have no serious physical problems this class is for you. Starting with the basic principles you will build and progress into more complex exercises while learning to stay focused and relaxed.

Pilates Matwork "all levels"
After mastering your basic principles move forward into a more challenging class that will bring you all the unique benefits only Pilates can give.
Optimal posture is starting to become habit…You feel energized and focused
going deeper into you connections…getting stronger
10 week session maximum 10 participants 55 minute class

Intermediate Matwork:
Ready to move?
Intermediate Mat is a flowing class that will move you through the Pilates exercises you have been working to master. Building endurance, deepening your connections & adding more static and dynamic exercises to challenge your core stability.
(must be approved to join intermediate classes)
10 week session maximum 10 participants 55 minute class


"Intro" Group Reformer:
New to Pilates or just never tried Pilates Equipment training?
Join this small group of 4 for a 10 week session starting from the basic principles moving forward into more challenging & dynamic exercises.

Group Reformer "all levels"
This class is appropriate for clients that have mastered their basic principles, and are ready to move into more consistent pace & routine. This group class will offer more complex resistance based exercises taught in different sequences.
Achieve postural realignment, greater range of movement & better flexibility.
Maximum 4 participants 55 minute class

Intermediate Group Reformer:
This class is appropriate for clients that have mastered the basic principles and are looking to build their muscular endurance. Offering challenge and complexity these resistance based exercises will target full body strength, mental awareness and coordination.
Maximum 4 participants 55 minute class
(must be approved to join intermediate classes)
